賽道描述

Cam2 Sport 23.1 要挑戰3個 Kill標山頭, 分別是草山(642米高), 九肚山(399米高), 針山(532米高), 總爬升大約1,300米左右.

*中途離開或退出者必須通知工作人員, 避免誤認是失蹤人士.

城門水塘主壩起步,先走3公里城門林道, 之後再轉入林蔭小路至鉛礦坳補給站,

再逆走麥理浩徑7段至642米高草山山頭(設Kill標王特別獎)

草山視野廣闊, 能遠眺大帽山之顛.接著挑戰較原始越野路段,從X石下降至坳背灣坑,

河瀝背至九肚山,地形多變陡峭,浮沙碎石路段, 極具挑戰性.九肚山頂,能飽覽吐露港一帶景色盡入眼簾.

九肚山後參加者僅記保留體力,挑戰最後一個kill標山頭針山. 途中會經過桂地新村補給站,

過後,沿黃竹洋村路上再次接回麥理浩徑第7段,逆走至針山山顶,飽覽城門水塘美景,

下山回到城門水塘主霸终點迎接衆人的歡呼喝采聲.

水站及補給站: 鉛礦坳及火炭桂地新村

鉛礦坳收站時間: 10:30AM (約 6.5KM)

(下站補給點比較長距離, 建議至少帶1-1.5L 水)

火炭桂地新村收站時間 : 13:30 PM (約15.5KM)

 

參加者若想完成 Cam 2 Sport 23KM賽事,越野山地訓練是必須的,比賽要通過三個山頭(草山:647米,九肚山:399米,針山:532M米) .

 

賽道沿途會以"黃/黑色"(見圖)SPORT3膠帶及箭嘴標示,及在分岔路口將豎立箭嘴及SPORT3膠帶以指示正確方向.

*Who leave or quit on the way must notify our staff.  Avoid that misidentification as missing persons.

 

Water Point & Support Point :Lead Mine Pass & Kwai Tei New Village

Lead Mine Pass Cut-Off Time: 10:30AM (約 6.5KM)

( long distance to next water point , suggest at least to bring 1-1.5 L water)

Kwai Tei New Village Cut-Off Time: 13:30PM (約 15.5KM)

 

Training is needed for 23 km Cam2 Sport Trail Running . Please make sure you do hill training before complete this race as you will be climbing three hills (Grassy Hill : 647M,Cove Hill:399M,Needle Hill:532M)

 

 

The course will be marked with Yellow colour directional arrows and ribbons. At junctions there will be an arrow  indicating the direction of the route as well as ribbons along the correct route.
